How Instrument Rental Works
We confirm the details
We check availability and send a private offer with the full rental amount, deposit and collection arrangement.
Pay, collect, play
Pay by PayNow, upload your screenshot, and collect after payment is verified. We remind you before renewal.
Your request comes first
Choose the instrument, size, preferred start date and time. The adult renter provides their own contact and identification details. Submitting a request does not charge you or guarantee stock.
A private offer, with the full picture
We confirm availability, your collection appointment, three months of rent, the refundable deposit and the total payable. Read the offer and rental terms before making payment.
PayNow and collection
Use the QR code in your private rental page. Enter the exact amount and the short payment reference shown on your offer, such as VLN097. Use only this short code in your bank’s payment description. Upload a screenshot so we can match the payment to the bank transaction. Once verified, we email confirmation and record the invoice as paid.
Three months later
Your account shows the next renewal date. We email a reminder one week before it. Renew for another three months without a second deposit, or contact us to arrange return. Rental periods use calendar months, not a fixed 90-day calculation.
